The mechanism of our eccentric plug valves (or rotary plug valves) creates an eccentric action where the seat is offset from the valve shaft. With the eccentric action taking place, the valve is protected against wear and tear caused by grits and other coarse debris that flows within the medium.
Each of our eccentric plug valves can be customized to suit specific piping systems such as wastewater. Also, the construction of our plug valves makes them efficient at preventing leaks as well as resisting corrosion and intense temperatures.

This valve is generally used at the entrance of the pump, almost 100% of the flow, can ensure the efficient operation of the pump, and can adjust the flow of the pump, reduce the flow resistance
Unlike other round port designs, the valve body flushes the precipitated medium every time the valve is opened
As the eccentric plug valve is often used in dirty or sandy media, its eccentricity can ensure the long service life of the valve seat
Eccentric plug valve has two eccentricities. In fact, one eccentricity is the eccentricity between the valve core and the center line of the valve body, which can ensure that the valve core will not rub during operation and only contact the valve seat when it is closed
