The intelligent electric ball valve uses a built-in microprocessor to control the valve switching process. It is a new type of electric valve. The basic structure of an intelligent electric ball valve consists of a valve body, a valve cover, a ball, a valve stem and a sealing ring. The driving mechanism of the intelligent electric ball valve is determined by the reducer and driving torque. At the same time, the opening and closing of the valve can also be controlled by the solenoid valve. When the intelligent electric ball valve is in the closed state, the ball automatically closes depending on its own weight and the friction of the valve seat. When the valve is opened, there will be no leakage because the elastic sealing ring is in close contact with the sealing surface of the ball.
Intelligent electric ball valves have two working modes: manual and electric. The electric device drives the valve stem to rotate through a DC motor installed on the valve to open or close the valve. It consists of a motor, transmission device, valve stem, rotating cylindrical ball, handle and protective cover.
When the electric device receives the signal, after detection and analysis, the detection information is transmitted to the CPU. The CPU controls the rotation of the motor based on the detection information, so that the rotating mechanical actions are performed in a certain sequence, thereby closing or opening the valve.
When operated manually, the handle position indication corresponds to the valve switch status.
1. Before installation, check whether there are cracks in the valve body and whether the valve stem is bent or worn. Otherwise, it shall not be installed and used.
2. Install the operating handle of the electric ball valve above the valve (that is, the handwheel of the operating mechanism is below), and align the limit mark on the handwheel to the required position.
3. After the electric ball valve is connected to the power supply, the switch indication on the handwheel will indicate the valve switching status.
4. When the electric ball valve is in the fully open position, ensure that the operating handle is in the vertical position.
5. When the valve stem moves vertically, if the medium temperature is higher than 200°C, a metal seal should be used to prevent the sealing ring from decomposing due to high temperature and failing.
The electric ball valve is a highly intelligent valve that is widely used in manufacturing and industrial equipment. 1. The ball valve must be inspected before installation, especially the sealing surface must be tight and leak-free.
2. When installing, it should be noted that the vertical deviation of the center line of the main and slave valve seats cannot exceed 0.5 mm.
3. Select the appropriate sphere material according to the medium properties and temperature.
4. When the medium contains solid particles, in order to prevent abnormal operation caused by jamming of impurities, a ball valve made of stainless steel or bimetallic valve core material with higher hardness should be selected.
5. If you want to keep the ball valve in good condition during long-term operation, it should be inspected and maintained regularly.
6. Frequently check whether the driving device and transmission mechanism are stuck. If so, they should be repaired in time.
7. It should be kept clean and the ball is strictly prohibited from being corroded and contaminated by the medium.
8. Always pay attention to the working condition of the ball valve, especially when the working medium is corrosive and toxic. If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately and deal with it in time.
